Driver admits causing trucker's death
A coach driver has admitted causing the death of William Mapstone, of Panborough, in a crash on the M5 in Worcestershire.
Jasminder Singh Dhesi was driving a coach which broke down in thick fog on the southbound carriageway of the M5 by Frankley Services on March 24, 2012.
Dhesi failed to get the coach onto the hard shoulder, and Mr Mapstone's lorry ploughed into the back of it, killing him and one of the passengers on the coach.
Dhesi, 50, of Nether Hall Avenue, Great Barr, pleaded guilty at Birmingham Crown Court to causing the death by dangerous driving of Mr Mapstone, and of passenger, Liaquat Ali.
