Dog show nets £2,000 for rescued animals
Dogs' tails were wagging and their owners were beaming as rosettes were handed out at the Happy Landings Animal Rescue Centre's annual dog show and fun day at Pylle.
Bright eyed and bushy tailed, dozens of four-footed friends – and their owners and friends – descended on the show site.
Among them was Pete Heal, of Radstock, and his rottweilers, pictured.
Happy Landings is a small independent charity that helps animals in need. Every year it re-homes about 300 abandoned animals plus several ex-battery hens.
