Department store chooses charity partner
The Original Factory Shop in Wells is set to make a difference to Papyrus UK after it was chosen by the low cost department store as its charity partner for 2013.
Following an appeal to the community to nominate local causes via shop's Facebook page, colleagues at the store are gearing up to support the Papyrus UK, a charity which works to prevent suicide in young people.

A programme of fundraising activity will soon be planned, with a minimum target of £500 to be raised.
Store manager, Marged Tucker, said: "We received a fantastic response to our Make A Difference appeal. We're very excited about raising money for Papyrus UK this year and we'll be meeting with them now to make sure we take advantage of every opportunity to support them.

The Original Factory Shop's Make A Difference In Your Community campaign first launched in 2010, donating more than £300,000 to hundreds of local causes across the UK since.
