Date set for Paul Retallick murder trial
Two men accused of murdering a “brilliant” Yeovil father will stand trial next year.
Michael McGinty, 55, of Peony Road, Langport and Lee McGinty, 25, of no fixed abode, are charged with the murder of Paul Retallick, 35, in Langport last month.

Their trial is due to start at Bristol Crown Court on Monday, March 4, 2013. The pair are also due in in court on Wednesday, December 5, where they could enter pleas. They are remanded in custody. Mr Retallick’s funeral took place last week.
