Cyclist airlifted to hospital with 'life-threatening injuries' after collision with lorry in Bridgwater
A cyclist has been airlifted to hospital this afternoon with life-threatening injuries following a collision with a lorry in Bridgwater.
The incident happened at around 3.15pm on Bath Road, near the Morrison's distribution centre, and the road has been closed while collision investigators examine the scene.

The injured cyclist was flown to Frenchay Hospital in Bristol by air ambulance.
Police have appealed for any witnesses to the collision, or for anyone with information, to call the road policing unit's collision investigation unit on 101.
