Cyclist, 51, dies after collision with car near Sherborne
A 51-year-old cyclist from Sherborne has died after a collision near the town.
Dorset Police said the collision took place westbound on the A30 between Sherborne and Yeovil at 5.40pm last night.

A spokesman said a blue Toyota driven by a 24 year old Sherborne man, driving to Yeovil, collided with a 51-year-old cyclist, also from Sherborne, travelling in the same direction.
The cyclist sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene. The road was closed for two more hours while the police carried out investigations.
