Crimewatch to feature Weston-super-Mare attempted rape
Detectives investigating an attempted rape that took place in the seaside town of Weston-super-Mare will appear on the BBC One show Crimewatch tonight.
It follows an incident that occurred on Sunday, June 17 when a lone woman was attacked by an unknown man as she walked home from a night out.

At around 6am the victim as walking along the cycle track between Searle Crescent and Hutton Moor Road.
At some point the victim looked around and saw a man some way behind her.

A short time later she was grabbed around the throat by the man, told not to scream and dragged into nearby bushes.
Then man then attempted to rape her.
On the programme the victim of the crime talks anonymously and the DCI leading the investigation will appear live in the studio.
Detective Inspector Sue Wilshire said: "There are key pieces of information that feature in tonight's show and I would urge the public to take all the information on board and think back to June the 17th, Father's day of this year.
"Please examine your conscious as you may have information that is valuable to this investigation."
Crimewatch airs at 9pm tonight on BBC One.
