One lane of the M5 motorway was closed this morning after a collision involving a car and two lorries caused a fuel spillage.

Emergency services were called to the incident, on the hard shoulder of the northbound carriageway between junction 23 (A39 Bridgwater North) and junction 22 (A38 Burnham-on-Sea), shortly after 9am.
