Cow freed from water-filled ditch by fire crews
Firefighters rescued a cow stuck in a water-filled ditch in Glastonbury.
Two crews plus the special rescue team from Bridgwater were sent to free the stricken animal in Middle Drove at 1.25pm today.

They secured lines to the cow and used strops to lift it out of the ditch.
