The Curzon, which is 100 years old, was the first ever cinema in Clevedon.
With the aid of National Lottery funding the cinema was able to restore parts of the building which had been left derelict for over 40 years.
The Curzon is changing peoples lives in the community by not just being a cinema but also a museum of cinema history with a range of artifacts and exhibits.
The funding has also allowed the cinema to develop new initiatives and through Education Co-ordinator, Cathy Pool, many people are learning new skills.
