Clevedon Town four-goal hero Scott Murray is FA Cup player of the round
Scott Murray will this evening be honoured for winning the prestigious FA Cup player of the round award.
Clevedon Town’s former Bristol City star was crowned the FA Cup’s player of the first qualifying round in an online vote after he scored four goals in his side’s 5-0 win over Sherborne Town.

The 38-year-old polled a massive 75 per cent of the vote and will now be invited to the FA Cup final in May as a guest of the FA and sponsors Budweiser.
But first he will receive a presentation ahead of Clevedon’s Southern League Division One South & West game against Merthyr Town this evening.
