Clapton cook Bini Ludlow appears on ITV Cookery show Food Glorious Food
Bini Ludlow is no ordinary aspiring home cook. She creates exceptional Gujarati Indian cuisine everyday at her home cookery school, Sweet Cumin, in Clapton, Radstock.
Her cooking is so exceptional she was invited to cook for Loyd Grossman as part of ITV1 Food Glorious Food, which aired last week.

He said: "Bini's curry is absolutely wonderful, with an incredible complexity of flavour that you don't get when you take a short cut."
He went on to say it was one of the "finest" curries he'd ever tasted.The compliments didn't stop there. April Preston, from the M&S food development team, cooked all the regional recipes and chose Bini's curry as the dish she'd opt to put on the shelves of M&S.
"What an exotic combination," she enthused..
"It's a fantastic blend of spices I've never seen before."
After the show, Bini said, "I'm touched. I knew Loyd really liked the dish but I had no idea that Marks & Spencer would cook my dish and be so supportive of it. It's a dream come true.
"Everyone I know has been congratulating me.
"I'm just pleased it's been so well received and has put Sweet Cumin on the map ... The South West map."
