He said: "Bini's curry is absolutely wonderful, with an incredible complexity of flavour that you don't get when you take a short cut."
He went on to say it was one of the "finest" curries he'd ever tasted. The compliments didn't stop there. April Preston, from the M&S food development team, cooked all the regional recipes and chose Bini's curry as the dish she'd opt to put on the shelves of M&S.
"What an exotic combination," she enthused..
"It's a fantastic blend of spices I've never seen before."
After the show, Bini said, "I'm touched. I knew Loyd really liked the dish but I had no idea that Marks & Spencer would cook my dish and be so supportive of it. It's a dream come true.
"Everyone I know has been congratulating me.
"I'm just pleased it's been so well received and has put Sweet Cumin on the map ... The South West map."
