Cheddar Rugby Club enjoyed a fantastic day on Sunday when they were treated to one of Bristol Rugby's Super Sunday experiences.

The morning started under a moody sky, but this did not dampen spirits of the players who enjoyed coaching sessions from Bristol's community department.

Players aged from six to 16 were drilled in a variety of different sessions and the coaches held the attention of the players throughout, despite the worst the weather could throw at them.

After a bite to eat and time to warm up, the 180-strong contingent from Cheddar loaded on to coaches and set off for Bristol to watch the British and Irish Cup match against Heriots FP.

Another fine win by Bristol topped off the excellent day out, with the Cheddar masses being well looked after by the Bristol club.
