Celebrity chef Paul Hartley give first lesson in cookery at Peasedown St John school
A festival of food came to a Peasedown St John school as part of the grand opening of its new Cookery Corner.
The village school enjoyed a visit from celebrity chef Paul Hartley – author of The Marmite Cookbook – who cut the ribbon and officially opened the new room.
Representatives from the Friends of Peasedown School also presented new cooking equipment for the room.
The room was named Cookery Corner by Abraham Callen, who won a competition to come up with a new name. Part of his prize was to spend the morning with Paul creating delicious food.
