Catherine Wells-Burr death: woman in court accused of conspiracy to murder
A woman has appeared in court charged with conspiracy to murder Chard woman Catherine Wells-Burr.
Anna Julia Lagwinowicz, 32, appeared at magistrates in Bristol today following the death of Miss Wells-Burr, whose body was found inside her burning car near Ilminster last week.

The Polish national is charged with conspiring together with other persons to murder Miss Wells-Burr between May 1, 2012 and September 13, 2012.
The defendant, of South Street, Taunton, is the ex-partner of Miss Wells-Burr's boyfriend Rafal Nowak, the court heard.

She appeared in the dock alongside an interpreter and a custody officer and spoke only to confirm her name, age and address during a brief hearing.
No application for bail was made and Lagwinowicz was remanded in custody to appear before Bristol Crown Court on October 9.
