Catherine Wells-Burr death: Boyfriend charged with conspiracy to murder
A second person will appear in court tomorrow charged with conspiracy to murder over the death of Catherine Wells-Burr.
Miss Wells-Burr's boyfriend Rafal Nowak, 31, will appear before Bristol Magistrates Court tomorrow morning.
Anna Julia Lagwinowicz, 32, appeared at magistrates in Bristol today following the death of the Bath Spa University graduate, whose body was found inside her burning car near Ilminster last week.
The Polish national is charged with conspiring together with other persons to murder Miss Wells-Burr between May 1, 2012 and September 13, 2012.

No application for bail was made and Lagwinowicz was remanded in custody to appear before Bristol Crown Court on October 9.
Avon and Somerset Police said a 38-year-old man remains in police custody, where he is being questioned.
