Car ends up in field after leaving Yeovil road
Police were alerted after a car left a Yeovil road on Sunday night and came to rest in a field.
Avon and Somerset Constabulary spokesman Martin Dunscombe said the green Vauxhall Astra left the road at the junction of Lyde Road and Mudford Road at around 10.55pm.

A road sign was damaged during the collision. Mr Dunscombe said police received no indication that anyone was injured in the crash.
