Cannington house flooded after boiler leakage
Firefighters were yesterday called to tackle a leaking boiler which flooded a house in Somerset.
One fire engine from Bridgwater responded after the alarm was raised at 9.30am. The house in Brownings Road, Cannington, has suffered “extensive flooding”, according to the fire service, after the boiler began leaking.

An incident support unit from Taunton was also sent to the property with extra equipment to help remove the water.
Firefighters used an “Aqua Vac” to clear the water. A plumber was also called to assist the occupants.
