Bridgwater & Albion continue their battle to avoid relegation this weekend with a trip to Devon to face fourth-placed Exmouth.

Last Saturday Bridgwater lost 36-22 at home to fellow strugglers Oxford Harlequins and head coach Kevin Innalls was left feeling disappointed and frustrated after his team had lost to the team immediately above them.

He added: "The game against Oxford Harlequins was one of the matches that we had targeted to win, to stand a chance staying up so I am very disappointed with the result.

"When you are at the bottom everything seems to go against you. We will be looking to go down to Exmouth on Saturday and let it rip, that's all that we can do."

Bridgwater have suspended lock Ali Bludell for four weeks after he was sent off in last week's game for an alleged punch. Marshall Cormack moves to the second row with Ollie Dunn coming in at blindside flanker

Dan Kemmish has recovered from his hamstring strain so retains the No.8 berth while Ashley Pippard moves to full- back in place of Nick Francis with Garron Basson staring on the right wing.

Bridgwater & Albion (away v Exmouth, 2.30pm): A Pippard; G Basson, S Osborne (capt), M House, K Giblett; D Griffin, R Drabble; J Bryant, M Hastie, J Bussell, M Cormack, R Thompson, N Spellissy, O Dunn, D Kemmish. Reps: N Bullm J Darling, tba.
