Bomb disposal experts seal off recycling centre in Highbridge
Police and bomb disposal experts have sealed off a recycling centre in Highbridge, Somerset this afternoon.
Police were called to the recycling and waste disposal centre at Isleport Business Park, Bennett Road at 2.55pm by staff who spotted what was believed to be a Second World War hand grenade in one of the recycling bins.

The centre was sealed off and a bomb disposal team was called in to deal with the item.
The centre is not expected to reopen until tomorrow.
