Blue School pupils return to help next generation
FORMER Blue School students Kerry Shelton and Natalie Koen gave some careers advice at their old school.
The pair now work for Wells-based IT company Gatenby Services and hope to pass their experience on to the current crop of pupils at the Blue.
During career assemblies they encouraged pupils to start thinking about what they want to do after they have finished their GCSEs and to start planning for it as soon as they can.
Both Kerry and Natalie were part of the Blue School Council and hope to continue working with the school where possible to help with the ever growing positive change the school has embarked on.

Blue School work related co-ordinator Sarah Barnes said: “The students have all benefited from advice and information about choosing GCSEs and A levels, what employers look for and employment prospects from real life employers. An added bonus has been for students to hear about the successful careers of people who came from this school.”
