This is Somerset

Hello everyone. Just let me get my breath back – I have been running up and down the garden trying to get fit.

I am in training because I am taking part in a Sport Relief Mile on Sunday, in Glastonbury. Do you think I will be able to run for a whole mile?

I am hoping to get lots of my friends to sponsor me. All the money that is raised goes to help people who lead very tough lives both here in the UK and across the world in some of the poorest countries. So look out for me in Glastonbury on Sunday and if you see me, give me a big wave and lots of encouragement to keep going.

If you or any of your family are doing something for Sport Relief why not tell me all about it – you could even send a photograph. Write to me at the address on the coupon, or email me at billiebear@midsomnews.co.uk.

Now, I must get back to my training but before I set out on another jog around the garden, I have a new member to introduce to you all, and lots of birthdays to tell you about.

Kiyah Carter, who lives in Shepton Mallet, is joining our club. Kiyah loves playing with all her toys and likes to sing into a microphone while her big sister, Aaliyah, plays the keyboard. Kiyah celebrated her first birthday last Saturday. I hope you had a wonderful day, Kiyah, and welcome to the Billie Bear Club.
