Mascot Bertie is back again . . . but was it off his own bat?
Bertie the Bat has reappeared, three months after vanishing from Priddy.
Bertie, a large model bat mascot owned by the Mendip Hills-based Bristol Exploration Club, vanished shortly after the team's 75th anniversary.

And Bertie has now reappeared in the strangest of fashions.
Last week in a 'reverse burglary', Bertie was left behind by intruders at Wookey Hole Caves.
They left a message round the neck of Bertie claiming to be from the: "The Chechnyan Bat Liberation Group and Caving Club".
In November two masked kidnappers posted ransom demands on YouTube.
They wanted the club members to admit to their failings at caving, their preference for white wine spritzers rather than manly pints of foaming ale.
In addition they had to agree that most of the women in the club "are a bit fat" and that they fully support commercial caving.
Daniel Medley from Wookey Hole Caves said that the bat, wings intact despite fears he might have been damaged, had been left at the caves on Wednesday night.
Do you know who kidnapped Bertie?
