Baywatch star David Hasselhoff back on the beach for T4

Former Baywatch star David Hasselhoff will be back on the beach for an event at Weston-super-Mare next week.

Hasselhoff – a judge on the hit TV show Britain’s Got Talent – will be arriving in the resort on July 10 with his daughters for T4 on The Beach.

Taylor and Hayley have formed girl band Bella Vida and will be taking to the sands alongside a glittering line-up of acts.

Hasselhoff – known to fans as The Hoff – is famous for his roles in Baywatch and as Michael Knight in hit 80s TV show Knightrider. will also be seeing some familiar faces on the sands.

This year’s Britain’s Got Talent runner-up, 12-year-old singer Ronan Parke, will be performing at the beach party alongside last year’s runners-up, Twist and Pulse.

A T4 spokesman said: “Not only does T4 on the Beach have a stunning array of stars performing on stage, but the glittering list of celebrities just keeps growing.

“And they don’t come much bigger than The Hoff himself.”

Latest acts to be confirmed to appear at the event, one of Europe’s biggest beach parties, are the Sugababes, Far East Movement, Parade, Hard-Fi, Rizzle Kicks, Mann and Yasmin.

The Sugababes, who last performed on the sands of Weston-super-Mare in 2008, have been working on their new album and will be performing their new single Freedom for the first time exclusively for the T4 crowd.

Other acts that will be appearing at the concert, which will be broadcast live on Channel 4, include JLS, Jessie J, Olly Murs, The Wanted, Jason Derulo, Girls Aloud star Nicola Roberts, McFly, N-Dubz, Example and Katy B.

Also taking to the stage will be Tinchy Stryder, Chipmunk, Wretch 32, X Factor star Cher Lloyd, Aloe Blacc, The View, The Wombats, Parade, The and Midnight Beast.

An array of celebrity guests will be joining the party, including cast members from The Only Way is Essex, Made in Chelsea, Hollyoaks and Skins.

Coronation Street favourite, Michelle Keegan, who plays barmaid Tina in the soap, will be swapping the cobbles of Weatherfield for the sands of Weston to support fiance Max George from The Wanted.

Jameela Jamil, Rick Edwards and Nick Grimshaw will be the hosts for the day in front of a crowd of 45,000 fans.
