Bath centre Dan Hipkiss will miss Sunday's match
The first yellow was for a technical offence, and the second for misconduct while the ball was out of play.
Hipkiss had been sin-binned when he stopped Exeter taking a quick lineout throw, prompting referee Wayne Barnes to brandish a second yellow, which meant an automatic red card.

The RFU announced that Hipkiss will be free to play again next Monday after appearing before judicial officer Judge Jeff Blackett.
The suspension means that Hipkiss will miss Bath’s Premiership appointment with London Welsh at the Kassam Stadium on Sunday.
Winger Chris Ashton has been suspended for one week and will miss England’s opening autumn international against Fiji.
Ashton was banned by a Rugby Football Union disciplinary panel after he was cited for a dangerous tackle on Northampton wing Vasily Artemyev.
It was Ashton’s third yellow card of the season – with all of them being for dangerous play.
Disciplinary panel chairman Judge Blackett said: “We are concerned about his tackling technique and encouraged that he and his coaches work to correct it.”
