Bath City beaten in FA Cup replay at Gosport Borough
Bath City crashed out of the FA Cup as Evo-Stik Southern League side Gosport Borough produced a fine second-half comeback to win 3-1.
City enjoyed the best of the opening stages in this third qualifying round replay with Aaron Brown and on-loan striker Sean Canham both shooting narrowly wide.

The home side came back into it, though, and were unlucky not to go ahead when Sammy Igoe shot on the turn only to see the ball rebound back off the upright.
However, shortly before the half-hour mark, Bath took the lead when Canham fired home from close range.

City then began to dominate, with Brown firing a blistering shot narrowly over the bar.
The second period was a different story though. On 53 minutes, Justin Bennett brought the scores level when he headed home after a free-kick form Ellis Martin.
Suddenly Gosport were flying and, on the hour mark, a free-kick conceded 30 yards saw Martin drive it through the wall and beyond City goalkeeper Glyn Garner.
Four minutes later came the decisive goal when a Bennett shot was parried by Garner, but only into the path of Dan Wooden, who fired home.
In response, City failed to even test Gosport goalkeeper Nathan Ashmore.
