Baronet produces a piece of rock history
When Exeter-based singer Adam Isaac visited Maunsel House in Somerset for a photoshoot, its owner, Sir Benjamin Slade, produced a guitar which used to belong to Dire Straits front man Mark Knopfler.
The baronet, whose cousin sings with an American band, bought the guitar at an auction so his cousin could teach him to play.
Mr Isaac, who appeared on the BBC’s The Voice and was mentored by Sir Tom Jones, is preparing to release his album in October.
