The creation of the new TSB Bank by Lloyds Banking Group follows a ruling by the European Commission in November 2009 aimed at bringing more competition to the UK banking market.
Owen Woodley, managing director, Lloyds Bank Retail, said: "The revitalisation of the brand is an exciting time. We are committed to going even further to support customers with the things that really matter in life."
