Arrests after pig farm drug raid

A man from Stoke St Michael was arrested after police raided a pig farm near Bath and seized almost a quarter of a million pounds worth of cannabis plants.

Around 600 plants were discovered growing in six buildings at Fairfield Piggeries in Bradford Leigh, near Bath.

A team of 30 police officers, with dog teams, also seized a quantity of guns at the farm.

Three men were arrested at the farm and a fourth man was later arrested in Stoke St Michael.
