Appeal after attack
POLICE have launched an investigation after a man was assaulted as he left a Wincanton hotel.
At around 2am on Sunday, September 2, a man was left with cuts to the head after being assaulted as he left the White Horse Hotel.
It is understood that a lot of people were in the high street at the time, and police are urging anyone with information help identify the attacker.
