Annunziata Rees-Mogg agrees to change name at last
She would not do it at David Cameron's behest, but election candidate Annunziata Rees-Mogg is now finally changing her name.
Management consultant Matthew Glanville has succeeded where the Tory leader failed – by proposing.
Mr Cameron infamously asked the Tory candidate for Somerton and Frome to change her "posh" name to plain Nancy Mogg for political purposes.
She steadfastly refused to accept the idea but she has said she will take her fiance's name after their wedding.
