Alternative Fitness comes to Wincanton!
On the 23rd of February at 10.30am for two hours a branch of Trowbridge School of Pole Dance are offering a FREE taster morning in their Alternative Fitness classes. They currently offer Pole Dancing, Aerial Hoop, Hula Hoop and Flexibility classes along with a range of other workshops in Burlesque, Podium Dance and Pollet (Pole/Ballet fusion) to name a few.
The day is designed to give locals to see what the classes are all about and meet the instructors. Classes are designed for all ages, all levels of fitness and are beginner friendly!
TSPD have been operating classes out of TLC ladies gym, Trowbridge for 2 years and specialise in creating a supportive learning environment.
