Ace pair Lintern and Smith net Wells Tennis Club's indoor prize
Mike Lintern and Tasha Smith emerged victorious when Wells Tennis Club members contested their annual indoor tournament at Millfield School last week.
Arranged by club coach Dean Cornish and DC Tennis, teams contested a league format over three hours of play before the top four ranked sides progressed to the semi-finals.
Brenda Baker and Ray Brook triumphed in the last four to earn a place in the final against Lintern and Smith, who edged out their rivals to take the trophy.
