A38 closed at Burnham on Sea
The A38 main trunk route through Somerset is currently closed at Burnham on Sea.
The road is sealed off north of the M5 junction to the Brent Knoll/Harp Road junction, for a distance of about half a mile.
Police, Fire service personnel and an ambulance are in attendance.
Motorists are being diverted on country roads through Mark and through Brent Knoll.
