"The funds will be managed by the Community Youth Project, which is a locally managed and developed initiative based in Martock. The grant will mean so much to the young people in Somerton and Charlton Adam Youth Clubs."
County Councillor David Huxtable, cabinet member for resources, said: "It's been fantastic to see that there are so many community based organisations in Somerset that are eager to get involved in the delivery of services in their local area.
"I'm delighted that the Community Enablement Fund has allowed us to support them to do just that."
The Community Enablement Fund aims to allow district and parish councils, and voluntary groups to assist in the delivery of services.
